A Társadalomtudományi Kutatóközpont Jogtudományi Intézete (TK JTI) és a Magyar Alkotmányjogászok Egyesülete (MAE) 2022. szeptember 8–9. között Szegeden, a Szegedi Tudományegyetem Állam- és Jogtudományi Kara társszervezésével megrendezi az

Alkotmányjogászok Második Vándorgyűlését,

amelyre várja az alkotmányjoggal oktatóként, kutatóként vagy hivatásszerűen foglalkozó érdeklődők jelentkezését.

A rendezvény célja ezúttal is az, hogy lehetőséget biztosítson az alkotmányjoggal hivatásszerűen foglalkozó kutatók és gyakorlati szakemberek közötti kötetlen diskurzusra.

A vándorgyűlés idén két fő témát jár körül: az első A tízéves Alaptörvény (Az Alaptörvény első tíz évének tapasztalatai; Az Alaptörvény hatása a közhatalom gyakorlására; Alkotmányos reformok és alkotmányváltozások Magyarországon; A történeti alkotmány és a kartális alkotmány a magyar közjogban), a második A különleges jogrend alkotmányos követelményei és magyarországi tapasztalatai (Az alkotmány alatti különleges jogrendi szabályozás alkotmányjogi megítélése; A különleges jogrend garanciái Magyarországon a veszélyhelyzetek alatt; A különleges jogrend új alkotmányos szabályainak értékelése; Az alkotmány alatti különleges jogrendi szabályozás alkotmányjogi megítélése).

Az első nap folyamán két, a tavalyihoz hasonló páros vitaindító beszélgetésre kerül sor az első témában, míg pénteken a második témában. Ezt követik a kollégák maximum 10 perces hozzászólásai.
