Roundtable-discussion about the constitutionality of the Hungarian electoral system

Is the "winner compensation" of the Hungarian electoral system disputable? Can we talk about gerrymandering in Hungary? What can be said when the publicly funded governmental propaganda and the political campaign of the governing parties cannot be differentiated?

These are the questions which we aim to discuss at our roundtable-discussion.
